Leadership
Led by Tom Emerson.
Tom brings more than 25 years of commercial experience gained through roles with major contractors and consultancies.
His background includes negotiating and managing contracts for Tier 1 contractors, alongside assignments supporting organisations across construction, infrastructure, facilities management, defence, energy and safety-critical engineering. He combines technical contract knowledge with the practical judgement to know what will move a project forward.
